David Levine Bramante

David Levine Bramante is one of Los Angeles’ most experienced real estate professionals, with over 17 years of professional real estate selling, leasing, managing and investing. 

His expertise spans across homes, condos, apartment buildings, commercial real estate and land. He’s been involved in thousands of transactions in LA, many at record-breaking prices. 

David’s first experience with real estate started as an assistant property manager for his mother who owned a boutique property management company in Hollywood throughout the 1990s. 

By the mid-1990s and while still in high school at Palisades Charter High School, David helped his mother study for the California BAR while he was collecting rents, interacting with tenants, and helping supervise very large multifamily properties in Hollywood, Los Feliz and Koreatown.

In 2002, at 20 years old and while attending UCLA, David began investing in Echo Park real estate. His first building was an Echo Park fourplex located on Bellevue Avenue. He purchased this property as a first-time homebuyer with FHA financing with a sizable cash advance from his Wells Fargo credit card. Within a few years he owned several smaller income properties in the area. 

In 2005, he obtained his California real estate license (number 01511588) and partnered with Sotheby’s International Real Estate in Los Feliz. He started to specialize in selling homes and smaller income property in Echo Park and Silver Lake, quickly expanding throughout Los Angeles. 

Through this experience, he learned the ins-and-outs of buying and selling real estate professionally.

In 2007, David was hired as a commercial property portfolio manager for regional property developer Fred Leeds at Fred Leeds Properties. 

There David supervised three large commercial properties near Downtown LA, in Westlake. The properties included City View Lofts and the Wilshire-Union Center (which leases retail spaces to the Home Depot, Food4Less, RiteAid, Starbucks, McDonalds, among others). Through this commercial management experience, he became very interested in commercial real estate.

In 2009, David decided to sell larger income properties and joined Marcus & Millichap Los Angeles. His first apartment building listings were a 5-unit on Echo Park Avenue in Echo Park, and a 30-unit SRO on Wright Street in DTLA. 

While an apartment broker at M&M, David was awarded both the 2009 National Rookie of the Year Award and the 2010 National Pace Setter for sales volume. Obtaining one is difficult, obtaining both is nearly impossible. 

He worked closely with some of LA’s top commercial brokers.

In 2013, David joined Keller Williams Realty and while there, he helped recruit, train and supervise over 250 active agents at the Keller Williams Realty Downtown LA office and over 550 active agents at the Keller Williams Realty Silicon Beach office as those offices’ manager and Team Leader. 

David recruited about 10 agents per month at each office, created multiple mentorship and productivity coaching programs, and helped each office become more organized, energized and profitable.

From Keller Williams, he and his team was recruited to Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills. While there, he worked on high-end and high-priced luxury homes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air and Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon. 

While there, he partnered and competed with some of the largest and well-known celebrity Realtors in Los Angeles. 

Through his career, David has worked and partnered with some of the most well-known real estate agents and firms in LA County, and he was a top-performing Realtor all the while. Here’s a quick snapshot of his education and business experience in Los Angeles:


  • Investor: 2002: Purchased his first property in Echo Park, Los Angeles, at 4-unit residential income.
  • Realtor: 2005: Obtained his California real estate salesperson license at 23 years old.
  • Residential: 2005-2009: Residential Realtor with Sotheby’s International Real Estate in Los Feliz.
  • Commercial: 2009-2013: Commercial Broker with Marcus & Millichap Los Angeles in Downtown LA.
  • Manager: 2013: Residential / Commercial Realtor at Keller Williams Realty. Managed two Keller Williams Realtors offices (with 800+ agents) from 2018-2020 (KW Downtown LA and KW Silicon Beach).
  • Luxury: 2020-2022: Residential / Commercial at Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills.
  • Levine Realtors: 2022 – Current: Team Lead of Levine Realtors, specializing in residential and commercial sales.
