Thank you for visiting the Mountain View Estates section of my website. I live in Calabasas and have many friends and clients that live in the Mountain View. 

The homes inside the gated community are large and beautiful, and the overall community is expansive and lush and covered by green lawns and trees. 

Many of the large houses also have incredible views looking down into the Gates Canyon area of Calabasas, along Las Virgenes. 

More and more, people have been looking for gated communities like Mountain View Estates, with the rise in concerns about Los Angeles. Regardless, many of those that live in the community have lived there for 10-20 years.  

There is a large front entrance on Mureau and a back entrance / exit on Thousand Oaks, that’s directly by Gates Canyon Park, and its Brandon’s Gate. I routinely take my kids to this park and play basketball with some of my friends on Sundays at 11am at those basketball courts.
