The brokerage split at Levine Realtors is 90/10 with no cap, plus monthly fees.

The monthly fee is $100 per month which includes your monthly Errors & Ommissions insurance (E & O).

If you are a new agent (having done less than three transaction sides in the last 12 months), then you will be partnered with one of our senior agents for your first three transactions with Levine Realtors. The transactions with a senior agent will be split 50/50 between the new agent and senior agent. Brokerage splits still apply. Transaction sides do not include leasing.

Each agent will be responsible for paying thier own Realtor and MLS dues. Our brokerage is part of the CLAW MLS and Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors. 

There are no additional fees that you would be responsible for that we would require, of course if you have other platforms you want to use then yes you’d be responsible for those costs.

When you have listing appointments, your senior agent partner would go with you on those, and partner with you on your first three transaction sides. We believe that the real training in real estate is to get a listing or a buyer into Escrow.

Yes, you will be on the company’s website with your own page, bio and picture. Your listings and recent sales would also go on there as well.

For your first three listings we will cover the  marketing costs and will be reimbursed us through Escrow.  We will cover yard sign, open house signs, professional exterior ground and aerial photos and custom marketing package.

Yes, you can keep your current email. In addition, everyone will be setup with a company email address. If you are going to use your own email address, your company email must forward to your personal email. In addition, we will require that all MLS contact information is the company email address.

Yes. If you are a new agent, you can create your own team and custom branding under the Levine Realtors brokerage once you complete your three transaction sides. If you are  joining as an experienced agent then you can immediately continue your branding under the brokerage.

There is no weekly schedule. Every agent will have a quarterly review and goals with the broker. The broker will help you come up with an annual goal and back into weekly suggested activities since you are an independent contractor.

Our team leader David Bramante uses Mojo Dialer Monday – Sunday around 10am, and every agent is welcome to sit in and cold call during that time. In the beginning we recommend that you cold call Canceled and Expired listings.

All agents will work from home but have access to a formal conference room at Premier Workspace located at 26565 W Agoura Road, Suite 200, Calabasas, CA 91302. The conference room is billed at an hourly rate and charged with your next monthly fee.

Yes, we highly encourage our agents to build teams and bring on junior agents to help them with their listings and buyer clients. This is something we help our experienced agents with through recruiting and setting up the team structure.
